The Texas Woman’s University Board of Regents will meet Thursday, Aug. 10 and Friday, Aug. 11 on the Denton campus in the Southeast Ballroom of the Student Union at Hubbard Hall.

The Finance and Audit Committee and the Academic Affairs Committee meetings will begin at 1 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 10.

The full board will meet at 8:30 a.m., Friday, Aug. 11. Items on the agenda include:

• Recommend approval of actions regarding tuition and fees
• Recommend approval of Fiscal Year 2024 budgets
• Recommend approval of Emeritus and Emerita faculty
• Recommend approval of faculty for tenure
