Susan Whitmer (Library, Denton) was accepted into the Open Education Network’s Certificate in Open Educational Resources (OER) Librarianship Program. The eight-month program offers formal training to help build sustainable, collaborative, and effective open education initiatives on higher education campuses.

Whitmer is part of the TWU Libraries’ efforts to support an affordable college experience by offering access to no-cost or low-cost education materials.
