Kimberly Johnson (Library, Denton) and Danielle Phillips-Cunningham (Multicultural Women’s & Gender Studies, Denton) were interviewed for a May 4 CBSDFW story, “Sarah Weddington collection a ‘treasure trove’ honoring career defending women’s rights.” Johnson talked about the collection, which Weddington donated to TWU prior to her death, while Phillips-Cunningham said the collection is serving as a backdrop to conversations about the possibility of Roe v. Wade being overturned.
