TWU’s Jamison Lecture was featured prominently in an Oct. 9 Denton County History and Culture blog post, “Who’s Who in Denton: Alonzo W. Jamison Jr.” Jamison, a former history and government faculty member, and his wife, Elizabeth, a TWU graduate, helped fund the Jamison Lecture, the annual series that brings internationally and nationally known speakers to TWU for a public talk.
