Danielle Phillips-Cunningham (multicultural women's and gender studies) published an op-ed, "The long history of Black women organizing in Georgia might decide Senate control," in The Washington Post on Dec. 10, and spoke on the subject in a Dec. 13 CBS News interview. The op-ed and the interview are about the history of Black women's organizing in Georgia. Her work is supported by the Jane Nelson Institute for Women's Leadership and the OpEd Project's Public Voices of the South fellowship program.
