Hall leading Office of Human Resources

Amy Hall, executive director of Human Resources, is leading the TWU Office of Human Resources following the announced retirement of Lewis Benavides.

In a Feb. 17 email to faculty and staff, Jason Tomlinson (Finance and Administration, Denton) announced that Benavides is retiring after almost 20 years as chief human resources officer. Benavides’ retirement is scheduled for Aug. 31; however, he immediately stepped down to focus on his health, Tomlinson wrote.

Hall has been at Texas Woman’s for 30 years and became executive director of Human Resources in 2016. She will retain that title.
