Chancellor Carine M. Feyten has been named to the 2021 edition of the Dallas 500, a list of the most influential leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth. The annual publication, produced by the editors of D CEO magazine, profiles the most powerful top executives in approximately 60 different industry categories.

According to the magazine, “D CEO editors leverage extensive contacts in local business circles and do hundreds of interviews and perform months of research to compile the list.”

The chancellor’s profile in the latest edition notes that she is a nationally recognized educator and linguist who learned in the past year “to be fluid in moving forward and around obstacles and that one size does not fit all.” In addition to her education, best advice, and proud moment, the chancellor’s profile lists her thoughts on what would make DFW better – “more outdoor spaces and better public transportation.”
