Nine staff and faculty recently completed the TWU Career Champions training to learn how they can assist students in crucial career conversations. Spring 2022 participants were:

- Brenda Ross-Swilley (Nursing, Denton)
- Nicole Silva (CARE, Denton)
- Debra Stolinsky (CARE, Denton)
The program consists of three modules and covers a host of topics, including:
- Career development theory
- TWU student identities and the unique career challenges they face
- Current hiring and recruiting trends
The goal of the Career Champions program is to equip faculty and staff with current knowledge on issues students face in their career development to help them better assist students in this area.
