Jacob Blosser (history and government) was elected president of Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society at the organization's biennial national convention Jan. 4 in San Antonio, becoming the youngest person elected in the society's 100-year history. He presented a keynote address at the convention, "Behaving Badly in Church: Virginia's Inattentive Anglicans." Blosser also recently published an article, "Unholy Communion: Colonial Virginia's Deserted Altars and Inattentive Anglicans," in The Virginia Magazine of History and Biography.
