Joshua Adams, EdD (Student Success) was elected secretary of the Texas Council of Chief Academic Officers (TCCAO) for the 2023-2024 academic year. The organization is dedicated to advancing higher education in Texas. The current TCCAO membership represents 37 Texas universities, five system offices, and two organizations.
