Start the year with healthy behaviors

The Office of Human Resources invites you to dive into opportunities to engage in healthy behaviors in the new year. A number of wellness resources will help you get off to a great start, including:

  • Webinars on topics that will help align your health and wellness goals with purposeful action to achieve those goals. See all topics and register through the ERS Wellness Events Calendar.
  • On-demand fitness classes led by the Texas DPS Fitness Wellness Unit that you can access through the DPS Fitness Wellness Daily Workout Calendar.
  • Wellness programs available to you at no cost through your health plan. Start from the ERS Wellness webpage and select your plan to be directed to the resources available to you.
  • Budgeting and savings strategies to achieve your financial fitness goals with the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner’s regularly scheduled webinars, budgeting worksheets and credit quiz. These resources are ideal if are feeling overwhelmed about your finances after the holiday season.
