Performance evaluation process begins

The Self Appraisal and Performance Evaluation process continues. The deadline for staff employees to enter their self-appraisals has passed; now it’s time for the performance evaluation.

First-level supervisors should enter the performance evaluation in SharePoint by Aug. 27. Supervisors of staff employees should have received an automatic workflow email with a link to review the self-appraisal and an additional link to the supervisor page to complete the performance evaluation. Supervisors also may use the following links to access and review self-appraisals and evaluations:

The system is designed for staff employees and those managing staff employees only. It is not intended to be used to evaluate faculty, adjunct faculty, graduate assistants, student employees, or temporary employees.

Supervisor and employee reporting structures in SharePoint reflect the Phoenix system’s most recent department entries and update. Any changes to the reporting structure in SharePoint require manual changes. If updates to the reporting structure in SharePoint are needed, email Amelia Grimes at agrimes1@twu.edu for assistance.
