Performance Development Goals process begins

Ladies and gentlemen, start your Performance Development Goals!

 

Individual goals development may now begin for the 2019-2020 performance review period (June 1, 2019-May 31, 2020). Division leaders will communicate division goals to their employees so that individual goals may be linked to the university’s Strategic Plan.

 

Supervisors may choose to develop their own timeline for employees and supervisors to complete the goals process; however, all goals should be submitted by employees and approved by supervisors in the SharePoint system by Oct. 18.

The Knowledge Base system also has several articles to help you complete the process. Facilities staff without computer access may complete their goals on paper and turn the forms in to their supervisor.
