The deadline for Performance Development Goals for staff employees has been extended to Thursday, Oct. 31.
Staff are to develop their individual goals for the 2019-2020 performance review period (June 1, 2019-May 31, 2020). Division leaders should communicate division goals to their employees so that individual goals may be linked to the university’s Strategic Plan.

The Knowledge Base system also has several articles to help you complete the process. Facilities staff without computer access may complete their goals on paper and turn the forms in to their supervisor.
Goals should be submitted by employees and approved by supervisors in the SharePoint system by Oct. 31.
