Individual performance development goals process begins

It’s time to begin the individual performance development goals process for staff employees and their supervisors. All goals must be submitted by employees and approved by supervisors in the SharePoint system by Sept. 26.

Division leaders will communicate division goals to their employees so that individual goals may be linked to the university’s Strategic Plan.

Employees will begin the process by accessing goals on their employee page in SharePoint. Click on the following links to access additional information:
