Staff performance evaluations are done; now it’s time for individual goals development for the 2021-2022 performance review period (June 1, 2021-May 31, 2022). Division leaders will communicate division goals to their employees so that individual goals may be linked to the university’s Strategic Plan.
Supervisors may choose to develop their own timeline for employees and supervisors to complete the goals process; however, all goals should be submitted by employees and approved by supervisors in the SharePoint system by Nov. 30.
The Performance Development Goals system is for staff employees and those supervising staff employees only. The system is not intended for temporary staff, faculty, or adjunct faculty members. See the Knowledge Base article on 2021/2022 Staff Performance Development Goals for more information.
