Now that staff performance evaluations are completed, it’s time for individual goal development for the 2020-2021 performance review period (June 1, 2020-May 31, 2021). Division leaders will communicate division goals to their employees so that individual goals may be linked to the university’s Strategic Plan.
Supervisors may choose to develop their own timeline for employees and supervisors to complete the goals process. However, all goals should be submitted by employees and approved by supervisors in the SharePoint system by Nov. 15.
