FranklinCovey program available

TWU’s Office of Human Resources, with support from the Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership, offers a new professional development opportunity for full-time Texas Woman’s employees with FranklinCovey, a global thought leader in personal growth and leadership success.

A limited number of subscriptions are available for TWU employees to join FranklinCovey’s Impact Platform, which gives you access to a full library of FranklinCovey’s nationally recognized leadership and personal development materials including popular programs like 7 Habits for Highly Effective People and 6 Critical Practices for Leaders. FranklinCovey helps create behavior change in the four areas that matter most to your long-term success: individual effectiveness, culture, leadership, and achieving strategic goals.

As a FranklinCovey Passholder, you’ll gain:

  • Anytime, anywhere access to a library of dozens of leadership and professional development materials ranging from five-minute reads to multi-week online courses

  • Opportunities to learn new skills or improve current ones

A limited number of subscriptions is available, so complete the sign-up form by Friday, April 28.
