Electronic 2022 W-2 forms are now available. If you didn’t consent to receive your W-2 electronically, your W-2 form will be mailed to your residential address by Jan. 31.

Employees who did consent to receive their W-2 electronically can print an official copy of the form through the Pioneer Portal on or off campus or via Oracle (on campus only).

Through Pioneer Portal (on or off campus)

The IRS has allowed the truncation of Social Security numbers (SSN) on the W-2 forms, so you’ll only see the last four digits of your SSN on the W-2 form in the Pioneer Portal. To access and print your W-2 form:

• Log in to Pioneer Portal
• Click on “My Info”
• Choose “W-2 Information”
• In the drop-down menu, select “2022”
• Choose the “Printer Friendly” button to print your official W-2

Through Oracle (on campus only)

• Log in to Oracle
• Click on “TWU Employee Self-Service”
• Choose “W-2 Information”
• Click on the 2022 W-2 PDF
• Choose the printer icon to print your W-2 form

To sign up for electronic W-2 consent for 2023:

If you’ve already consented to receive your W-2 electronically, you don’t need to do anything.

If you’d like to receive your W-2 electronically but haven’t signed up to do so, you can sign up through Oracle, TWU Employee Self-Service through VPN or any TWU campus computer:

• Choose “W-2 Distribution Method” and add the document type “W-2”
• Change the drop-down menu to “Yes” for online and “No” for paper

You will begin to receive your W-2 electronically each year. If you choose to receive your W-2 electronically, you will not receive a mailed copy of your W-2 form.
