The Office of Human Resources, in coordination with the Employee Assistance Program, is offering two live web-based training programs to Texas Woman’s employees. The programs, provided by EAP trainers, will provide valuable tools for all employees regarding diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

- Creating an inclusive workplace culture that goes beyond race
- Recognizing what diversity offers
- Double standards and belief biases
- Liking vs. respecting your coworkers
The objective of Inclusivity, Collaboration & Respect in the Workplace is to understand and model workforce behavioral traits that cultivate mutual respect, collaboration, and a more conscious approach in terms of embracing diversity.
