While stress often is considered to be negative, it also can be viewed as our bodies calling us to action.
ERS (Employee Retirement System of Texas) Wellness is focusing on stress awareness for the month of April. A series of webinars, as well as a five-day Meditation Re-Boot Camp, offer opportunities to learn more about stress and offer ways to effectively understand it and thrive during stressful and challenging times.

You’re also invited to participate in a Meditation Re-Boot Camp scheduled April 12-16. Each evening beginning Sunday, April 11, you’ll be emailed a link for a 10-minute audio recording of a guided meditation to complete the following day for five days. Listen to that day’s meditation when you have time available. The goal of this program is to help you build a daily meditation practice habit. Registration is available through the online registration form.
