It’s beautiful weather to take a walk and support the TWU State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) at the same time!

The SECC Social Fun Run/Walk will take place at 5 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 11. The 1.5-mile route begins at the Fitness & Recreation Center and ends at Pioneer Hall.

There’s no charge to register for the fun run, so sign up in advance (TWU login required) or at the Faculty/Staff Check-In table. Attendees will be entered in raffles for swag items. Attendees are encouraged to attend the TWU Volleyball game at 6 p.m. following the run/walk. (Get your Student & Faculty/Staff All-Sports Pass on the TWU Athletics website using your nine-digit TWU identification number as a passcode.) Raffle winners will be announced at the game.

The fun run/walk is sponsored by SECC, the TWU Health & Wellbeing Initiative, and TWU Athletics.

Thursday brings BINGO

Get in the game! Register by Wednesday, Oct. 11 to play BINGO to benefit SECC. Each card costs $1. You can play in-person in ACT 602 or on Zoom.
