The Texas Education Agency (TEA) approved the new Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education in the Department of Literacy and Learning to offer Early Childhood: PK-3 teacher certification Wednesday, March 1. In the approval, Vanessa Alba of TEA shared that she "enjoyed reading about all of the wonderful things your candidates will be doing in the PK-3 program."
