The School of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing and Dietetics participated in a simulation lab interprofessional education (IPE) event on Nov. 9 at the Houston campus.

The event included over 50 students participating from across all disciplines. The goal of the IPE was to promote communication among the disciplines while in a simulated acute care setting. The OT and PT students also practiced bed mobility and line management when doing bed mobility and transfers.
