Center for Women Entrepreneurs wins BIPOC Award

TWU's Center for Women Entrepreneurs (CWE) received the BIPOC Corporate Champion Award at the July 11 AMPLIFY event in Dallas, a preview event to The DEC Network's #DSW24’s Disrupt Dallas Summit.

The BIPOC Corporate Champion Award honors a corporation that has invested time and financial support to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Dallas-Fort Worth. The CWE has holistically invested in entrepreneurs with time spent on mentorship, resources, capital and funding.

The DEC Network is a non-profit organization whose mission is to fuel innovation and foster economic impact while building a more diverse and equitable ecosystem for all entrepreneurs. The organization was joined by 200 community members at the event.
