The Campus Alliance for Resource Education is hosting two upcoming events for Veterans Day.

Veterans Day is an annual United States holiday observed on Nov. 11. Also known as Armistice or Remembrance Day, the holiday commemorates the World War I Armistice on the 11th month, day, and hour of 1918.

On Nov. 11, join the TWU and Denton communities on the Denton Square to honor those that serve at 11 a.m. On Nov. 12, there will be a special Veterans' Appreciation Lunch honoring those who served. The lunch is open for student, staff, and faculty veterans to enjoy great food and company.
