CAPS podcast marks first anniversary

The July installment of the TWU CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) project “When Life Feels Messy …” marks the project’s one-year anniversary. In this episode, the hosts dive into the Gottman Institute’s Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse metaphor that describes the four traits that signal your relationship needs some repair.

The episode is available via podcast and video.

The July blog focuses on “Making Conflict Work in Your Relationships.”

The “When Life Feels Messy …” project was created for Texas Woman’s faculty, staff, and students, and the community at large. Houston CAPS team mental health clinicians Ashley Barrera and Erin Rasbeary cover a variety of topics centered on mental health.
