  • Congratulations to Asha Vas (occupational therapy) who has been credentialed through the Brain Injury Association of America as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer (CBIST).
  • Marsha Neville (occupational therapy) co-authored a paper, “From Hospital to Home to Participation: A Position Paper on Transition Planning after Stroke” that has been published in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • Dallas Staff Council recognized the Library as the featured department for December. Library staff includes Ellen Dykstra, John Humphrey, Beth Ligeti, Detra McFadden, Eula Oliphant, Kim Richardson, Dianne Smith and Tsigereda Teketele. All received gift baskets to recognize their dedicated commitment to patiently working to assist with queries and research publications, while providing endless energy for event and special programs on the Dallas Campus.
  • Due to campus closure Wednesday, Dec. 5, headshots for the Dallas campus will be rescheduled for the spring semester. Once a date has been selected, faculty and staff will be notified.
