TWU faculty and staff are invited to kick-off the 2025-26 academic year in community with a morning reception followed by the annual tradition of remarks from university leaders at Fall Assembly 2025: Fuel Innovation.

In addition to Fall Assembly, Welcome Week will include many events including luncheons, staff retreats, faculty/staff headshots and an ice cream social. Chartered round-trip transportation will be provided for TWU Houston and TWU Dallas.

To close out Welcome Week, departments have the opportunity to purchase wristbands for their staff members for Block Party 2025. If your department would like to purchase food wristbands for your staff members, please complete this form by 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 15.
