  • The TWU Admissions Office hosted the annual Community College Partner Workshop June 27 at the TWU Dallas Center. This event was attended by 38 of our community college colleagues, representing seven community college districts in Texas. Many TWU faculty and staff also were part of this day to build relationships and exchange ideas to foster a smooth transition for prospective transfer students.
  • The Dallas Staff Council honored staff members from Counseling and Psychological Services for the month of July. A huge “thank you” was extended to Linda Louden and Rebecca Lapidus for their commitment, dedication and hard work with undergraduate and graduate students on the Dallas campus.
  • Marsha Neville (occupational therapy) co-authored “From hospital to home to participation: A Position Paper on Transition Planning Post-Stroke,” published in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
