Marquis Who’s Who Lifetime Achievement Award
. They recognized her achievement of career longevity and demonstration of unwavering excellence in her profession, Nursing.
Linda Merritt
(nursing) had her dissertation research accepted for the
National Association of Neonatal Nurses Research Summit
in Scottsdale, Arizona, in March.

organized and delivered a global nursing program from Jan. 2-12 on the Dallas campus. In partnership with five South Korean universities including Gyeongsang National University, Pusan National University, Kyeongsung University, Kyeomyung University and Dankook University, TWU Dallas welcomed 15 senior nursing students from South Korea who were able to shadow nurses at local hospitals, attend lectures and simulations and participate in a cultural exchange day with TWU students.

Suh-Jen Lin
(physical therapy) was invited to be a scientific reviewer for the 2018
Orthotics and Prosthetics Outcomes Research Program
(OPORP) from the Department of Defense. She reviewed several grant proposals during the period from November to December and attended a three-day review panel meeting in Baltimore Dec. 16-18.
