TWU’s flavor chemistry program is seeking volunteers to taste test a new food product, and you’ll receive $5 for your time. The purpose of the study is to investigate the consumer’s liking and purchase intent for a new tortilla chip product.
Participants must:

Taste test sessions will be scheduled 9 a.m.-3 p.m. through Friday, Dec. 4, in Woodcock Hall room 113. In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, the researcher(s) will be required to wear facemasks and gloves while conducing this study. Rooms will be limited to 25% capacity to maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance between occupants. Participants will be required to wear a facemask. Facemasks will be provided if needed.
