Michelle Buggs (Undergraduate Academic Programs) was quoted in a May 13 Denton Record-Chronicle story on Odemaris Ramirez, who graduated TWU on May 12. Ramirez, who was brought to the U.S. illegally as a child, is protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
