The Texas Women in Higher Education (TWHE) just received an extra dose of Pioneer power from Texas Woman’s University when the organization named Holly Hansen-Thomas, PhD, and Rosalind Ong to its board of directors.
TWHE is the American Council on Education (ACE) Women’s Network state organization for Texas. It focuses on moving the needle for women in higher education leadership roles by offering opportunities for development, collaboration and support with the goal of helping women succeed and advance in their careers.
The board of TWHE is dedicated to developing, advancing and supporting women employed at colleges and universities across the state of Texas. Unlike organizations focused on one area of responsibility, TWHE serves women in all sectors of higher education — public and private, university and community college — working in all areas of their institutions.
