Assistant Professor Ngozi Mbue, PhD, of the College of Nursing and Associate Professor Rhett Rigby, PhD, of the College of Health Sciences teamed with two others to win $10,000 and first prize at TARC, an annual research conference sponsored by the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES).
TEES is a state research agency that solves problems through applied engineering research and development and collaboration with industry, government and academia.
The win at TARC could catapult the project into even more funding as the duo and their team move forward. This project is sure to yield more results as Mbue and Rigby plan to present their project in full in summer 2025.
