Carolyn Da Silva, PT, was an invited guest speaker for a World Polio Day celebration sponsored by the Rotary Club during End Polio Now week on Oct. 24 in Houston, Texas.

Da Silva has also been invited to join the newly formed International Post Polio Education Collaborative with this mission statement: Our mission is to standardize and elevate post polio care worldwide, by integrating comprehensive educational tools and networks that empower clinicians and post polio communities, and reduce disparities in health care.
