Ale Babino, PhD (literacy and learning) was selected as the Texas Council of Teachers of English Language Arts (TCTELA) University Teacher of the Year.
Babino will receive the award recognizing outstanding elementary, middle school, high school, and college educators at the 59th Annual TCTELA Conference in January 2024.
