Ale Babino, PhD (Literacy and Learning), was honored as the University Teacher of the Year at the Texas Council of Teachers of English Language Arts (TCTELA) Conference on Jan. 27, 2024 in Round Rock, Texas.
Announced in December, the award recognizes outstanding elementary, middle school, high school, and college educators.
