Volunteers are needed to work the TWU Beverage Booth at the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival, scheduled Oct. 1-3 at Quakertown Park. The booth works as a fundraiser for the university, with all proceeds going toward supporting student scholarships.

Available time slots are listed on the online volunteer registration form. TWU’s booth will be on the south side of the park near the Civic Center and art booths. Assorted beverages, including alcoholic beverages, will be sold at the booth, so all volunteers inside the booth must be age 18 or older. There’s plenty of open space around the booth for family and friends below age 18 to relax and enjoy the festival, including some private space behind the tent.

A volunteer reception will take place following Jazz Fest to thank volunteers. The date and time will be announced.
