The nomination deadline for TWU Staff Awards is 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28. Support TWU staff members who have gone above and beyond their job duties with a TWU Staff Award nomination. This year’s recipients will be recognized at an awards ceremony in April.  

Awards include the Outstanding Achievement Award and the TWU Award of Excellence. 

Outstanding Achievement Award criteria: All full-time staff employees, below the director level, with a minimum of two years of continuous service with Texas Woman's University, are eligible for consideration for the Outstanding Achievement Award.

TWU Award of Excellence: A minimum of five years of continuous service with TWU is required for the TWU Award of Excellence.  Qualified employees nominated for the Outstanding Achievement Award are automatically nominated for the TWU Award of Excellence.

Employees are selected based on outstanding achievements, accomplishments or service to TWU. Department heads, deans, and vice presidents are encouraged to add supportive justification and/or recommend additional employees as appropriate.
