TWU will host "The Trainer Hour" every other Tuesday, beginning March 18, from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the Fitness and Recreation Center.

Faculty and staff can kick start a fitness journey at this free, laid-back event where you can connect with personal trainers in a relaxed Q&A or hands-on training session.

Whether looking for tips on physical fitness or mental well-being, the trainers help you find the answers. It's a chance to get personalized advice and support, and it's faster than signing up for formal training.
