The Texas Woman’s University Theatre Program presents "POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumb*$$ Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive" at the Redbud Theater on Nov. 21-22 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. — a biting political farce that turns the chaos of the White House into uproarious comedy.

The play is the directorial debut for Claire Parry, a graduate of TWU.

Parry earned a degree in theater education from TWU in 2020. After graduation, she taught in Grand Prairie until 2023. She took a job at SMU as a record specialist, which allows her the opportunity to direct and perform, including as a voice actor at Crunchyroll, which produces anime.
