Texas Woman’s will begin its holiday break early – the university will be closed Friday, Dec. 23. Building will still be accessible if needed, but not staffed. Previously identified essential personnel will maintain their schedules.
When filling out your timecard, use “University Closure” as the type of leave for Friday. Contact the Payroll Office at email@example.com if you have questions. The university will reopen Jan. 2, 2023.
In an email to the university community announcing the closure, Jason Tomlinson, vice president for finance and administration, wrote:
Because of you, we have achieved so much this year - we hope you can take this time to relax, recharge, and celebrate with family and friends. We’re looking forward to seeing you back on campus in the new year, and wish you all the best during this holiday season!
