Submit a video for Fall Leadership Conference

Do you have a lot to say about leadership, team development, diversity and inclusion, social justice, and organizational effectiveness? Want to share your knowledge with leaders of TWU student organizations?

Get it on video and submit it for the Fall Leadership Conference scheduled Oct. 5-9.

This year, the conference is taking place online via video releases. One live virtual presentation Monday, Oct. 5, will kick off the event. If you would like to be considered for that slot, you can indicate your interest on the application form.

The Center for Student Development hopes to create a track or a set of videos specifically geared toward first-year students, so if you would like your video to be part of that track, select only first-year students as your audience on the form.

Videos should be a maximum of 10 minutes — think short, TedTalk-style videos — to keep students’ attention and still provide them with an opportunity to learn about different leadership topics.

If you’d like to record a short video for this year’s Fall Leadership Conference, complete and submit the application before 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 18. Those selected will be notified by Monday, Sept. 21. Video recordings will be due by Monday, Sept. 28.
