The TWU chapter of Sigma Xi, the science and engineering research honors society, will host a Science Cafe at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 11 at the Ann Stuart Science Complex (Room 259) on the Denton campus and via Zoom. Everybody is invited.

CEO of Agriculture & Food Systems Institute, Andrew Roberts, PhD, will lead the discussion titled “Don’t tell me to follow the science!: How and why science communication is failing the public and what we can do about it."

Science Cafes are casual, interactive, and engaging science-informed conversations with an expert, and TWU's come with informative discussion as well as snacks and door prizes.
