The TWU chapter of Sigma Xi, the science and engineering research honors society, will host a Science Café at 4:30 p.m. March 28 at the Anne Stuart Science Complex (room 259) on the Denton campus, and via Zoom.

Zhipeng “Toby” Tao, PhD, assistant professor in the Nutrition and Food Sciences Department, will lead the discussion titled “The Prodigal Fat: Welcoming Lipids Back to the Table."

Science Cafés are casual, interactive, and engaging science-informed conversations with an expert, and include snacks and door prizes.
