Presenters sought for Teaching and Learning Symposium

The TWU Center for Development, Design, and Delivery (CD3) is encouraging instructors to submit their presentation proposals early for the annual Teaching and Learning Symposium (TLS) scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 22. 

The CD3 invites educators, practitioners, and innovators to submit proposals for the Fall 2024 TLS, which provides a platform for the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices for faculty success in teaching and learning. TLS aims to showcase effective teaching strategies and transformative practices that empower educators and inspire learners to achieve their full potential.

Proposals are welcome addressing a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Innovative Teaching Methods
  • Assessment and Feedback Strategies
  • Active Learning Pedagogies
  • Student Engagement and Motivation
  • Accessibility and Universal Design for Learning
  • Student-Centered Approaches
  • Cross-disciplinary Collaboration

 
Presentation proposals 
for the 2024 Teaching and Learning Symposium are due by 5 p.m. on May 17.
