The site’s new organization aims to streamline the process of requesting all recruitment and branding services Marketing & Communication can provide departments, including:

  • Promotional Items and Event Signage for Checkout

Lucid Press

Marketing & Communication's biggest change is the implementation of graphic design and print material creation program, Lucid Press. Lucid Press allows you to create your own TWU branded print materials from templates made by Marketing’s graphic designers. Template options include: 

  • Newsletters
  • Tri-Fold Brochures
  • 2-Sided Info Cards
  • Flyers 
  • Posters
  • Invitations
  • Thank You Cards
  • Certificates

If you would like to request a Lucid Press login to create recruitment materials for your department, contact Renee Thompson at rthompson@twu.edu. Academic departments also can reach out to their colleges' content managers for assistance with creating printed materials in Lucid Press. Content managers are: 

  • Anna Ryan (College of Arts & Sciences & Graduate School)
  • Joshua Flanagan (College of Nursing, College of Professional Education)
  • Ray Willhoft (College of Health Sciences, College of Business, Research)

Constant Contact 

Join the university Constant Contact umbrella plan!

TWU’s Marketing Creative Services maintains an umbrella Constant Contact account. Departments with Constant Contact accounts are encouraged to contact marcomdesign@twu.edu to have your account placed into the umbrella TWU account. 

Your department Constant Contact account will not change or be affected in any way. The only difference is TWU’s Marketing Creative Services will be able to easily create branded email templates for department use and share them with your account. 

We will also be able to move email templates to other accounts under the TWU umbrella to help departments collaborate on emails and campaigns using Constant Contact templates.
