The ModernThink survey recognizes higher education institutions that have created exceptional work environments, and the “Great Colleges List” will be published eventually in the Chronicle of Higher Education. Participation in the survey raises our visibility, helps us leverage our competitive edge, and boosts recruitment and retention of the best faculty, administrators, and staff. The most meaningful survey is one with a high participation rate.
