The Mobile Food Pantry will be on the Denton campus Wednesday, Nov. 17, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Jones East parking lot.

CARE (Campus Alliance for Resource Education) partners with the Tarrant Area Food Bank to help address food insecurity issues by providing fresh produce and non-perishable items to the Denton campus in the fall and spring semesters. The mobile pantry is open for students, faculty, staff and community members. 

The food bank follows the USDA’s guidelines for eligibility but will not turn an individual away who is in need. Please plan on parking in the Jones Hall East Parking Lot. You are encouraged to bring your own bags and boxes, but some plastic grocery sacks will be available if you cannot bring your own.
